CoinRamp
CoinRamp was designed as a widget for websites focused on Fintech or related to it. It offers the opportunity to easy buy different cryptos just with a Wallet Address, an ID and a Credit Card.
The project had multiple issues with the management of the widget, and the decision was to start working first on the Admin Panel and then improve the UI of the Widget.

Structuring information to enhance usability and intuitive interaction
Information architecture (IA) is crucial in UI design because it organizes and structures content to ensure easy navigation and quick information retrieval. By aligning with users' mental models, IA reduces cognitive load, enhances usability, and supports a seamless user experience. Effective IA ensures that interfaces are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-centric.

We used 2 different methodologies using Maze to dig into the core problem and understand our users POV. The research shows up that the key problem in the Admin Panel was the Information architecture (the task and how does they work weren't clear enough) and the flow to create a new widget (mostly the KYC process and steps).

We separate the Widget and the Admin Panel in tasks, the users had to order them to reach different goals like buy crypto with a new payment method, add a new crypto currency or customize the widget.

We showed our users key screens of the widget and admin panel, then we asked them key questions about hierarchy, easily understanding of the purpose of the page and how intuitive are the steps.
